*FIRST SESSION FREE*

EXPRESS BOOT CAMP: £5.00 for 30 Minutes of HIIT Workout (You can pay up to 3x on this option) Or Block Of 10 Sessions: £42.50 (To be used within 3 months) 

1 Hour: £10.00 per session (You can pay up to 3x on this option)

45 Minutes: £8 for our Tuesday session or £35 for 5 block sessions.

BRONZE: 10 sessions for £85.00, that’s only £8.50 a session. (To be used within 3 months)

SILVER: £50.00 a month Via Direct Debit (Unlimited sessions & all venues, 6x month contract)

GOLD: £185.00 a month Via Direct Debit. Entitles you to unlimited Boot Camp access and the choice of either: 3x Personal Training sessions per month, 3x Sports Massages sessions per month, OR mix the 3 sessions up.

LEIGH ON SEA

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

You will need to bring these things with you to your session:

A towel, a full water bottle and your block session card,.

In cold/wet weather, also make sure you bring a hat and gloves, waterproofs and warm clothing as needed. 

At your first session you will also need to hand in your declaration form, members form,  and par-q form. These can be found on the bottom of the Brownes Boot Camp website. 

There are different member and par Q forms for Children, Boot Camp and  Personal Training sessions. Please make sure the correct forms are printed off & filled in ready to hand to your instructor on your 1st session. Feel free to get in touch to confirm the forms you need.

NEW CLASS! Low Intensity Boot Camp Circuits on field. We are combining the huge health benefits of walking with some low impact, low intensity training in our new session! This 45 minute circuit training session is ideal for people over the age of 55 or those with injuries/ailments that would enjoy the advantages of training outdoors in a social, safe, environment.
