PRICES:

*FIRST SESSION FREE*

1 Hour: £10.00 per session

BRONZE: 10 sessions for £85.00, that’s only £8.50 a session. (To be used within 2 months or will be expired)

SILVER: £50.00 a month Via Direct Debit (Unlimited sessions) 6x month contract)

COUPLES SILVER: £90 a month via Direct Debit (Unlimited sessions, 6x month contract for married couples or couples residing at the same address – proof of address is required)

GOLD: £185.00 a month Via Direct Debit. Entitles you to unlimited Boot Camp access and the choice of either: 3x Personal Training sessions per month, 3x Sports Massages sessions per month, OR mix the 3 sessions up.

ADULTS BOOT CAMP

Brownes Boot Camp was started in May 2011 by Personal Trainer Angus Browne.

Angus first developed the idea of outdoor training in parks for people in his home town of Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. He wanted to help local people access fitness resources in fun environments, and help them meet people who wanted to do the same. Brownes Boot Camp started small, but is growing quickly – so come and join in the fun!

At Brownes Boot Camp you can get fit and active in a friendly, sociable environment. The team will push you to do your very best, to be the best you can be! Sessions are challenging but fun, with a range of exercises and activities to keep you on your toes, constantly testing yourself without being stuck in the gym.

Join us for your first session FREE!  No pressure or commitment required!  No previous training or high levels of fitness needed as you take it at your own pace (with lots of encouragement!)
