Brownes Boot Camp




1 Hour: £10.00 per session

BRONZE: 10 sessions for £85.00, that’s only £8.50 a session. (To be used within 2 months or will be expired)

SILVER: £50.00 a month Via Direct Debit (Unlimited sessions) 3x month contract)

COUPLES SILVER: £90 a month via Direct Debit (Unlimited sessions, 3x month contract for married couples or couples residing at the same address – proof of address is required)

GOLD: £185.00 a month Via Direct Debit. Entitles you to unlimited Boot Camp access and the choice of either: 3x Personal Training sessions per month, 3x Sports Massages sessions per month, OR mix the 3 sessions up.

🚨 IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Ahead of the new timetable launching on 03/04/2023 all Brownes Boot Camp payments will need to paid over 24 hours before the session. I know that some people have to drop out of sessions at the last minute so what I will propose is the following- payment made 24 hours prior to the session. If you cannot make the session last minute please let me know & you will be able to use your payment towards another session for up to 1 week after. If you do not attend another session in this time you will forfeit your payment. I am putting these measures in place to avoid last minute drop outs, but trust me I do understand that plans can change, work can get in the way, illness happens etc so I am still putting in some flexibility around this. This will apply to PAYG & will also be in effect if you have paid for a block of sessions. Thanks for your understanding.



Brownes Boot Camp was started in May 2011 by Personal Trainer Angus Browne.

Angus first developed the idea of outdoor training in parks for people in his home town of Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. He wanted to help local people access fitness resources in fun environments, and help them meet people who wanted to do the same. Brownes Boot Camp started small, but is growing quickly – so come and join in the fun!

At Brownes Boot Camp you can get fit and active in a friendly, sociable environment. The team will push you to do your very best, to be the best you can be! Sessions are challenging but fun, with a range of exercises and activities to keep you on your toes, constantly testing yourself without being stuck in the gym.

Join us for your first session FREE!  No pressure or commitment required!  No previous training or high levels of fitness needed as you take it at your own pace (with lots of encouragement!)
