My passion is running and I joined Brownes Boot Camp 6 years ago to add to my overall fitness levels and I have really enjoyed the variety of the training outdoors and the fact that it has helped make my running stronger and improved my all round fitness.
There is nothing better that physical training and sharing your passion for running and fitness generally with other people. I am the BBC running coach and I have been taking the weekly running club for the last 2 years. From the very beginning we have had people from all different levels of running fitness and the huge progress that people have made changing them into being runners and even entering running events is inspirational. It is not about whether you finish first last or in the middle it is about personal achievement and hitting your fitness goals. Taking part is the biggest challenge you will face – once you have conquered that anything is possible!
I also run boot camp classes and I love the variety and challenges I can bring to my sessions and really push people to test themselves and reach beyond their comfort zones.
Above all I have made some great friends along the way and everyone gets along and enjoys the challenge that Boot Camp provides in all weathers!!
